May I send candles as a gift?
Absolutely! You are also able to add a personalized gift message just prior to checking out.
How long do Xander Samuel candles burn?
Our candles are made with 100% soy wax, thus they will burn slower than the traditional paraffin candle. Our Soy Travel Tins will burn 40-50 hours, our 13.5 oz Cali Jars will Burn 75+ Hours Our 16 oz Candles will burn 85+ hours and our 23.5 Apothecary Jar will burn between 100-120 hours.
What ingredients do we use in our candles?
Xander Samuel Home sources the highest quality ingredients. All of our products are crafted with domestically-grown, 100% soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, essential oils when available and wooden wicks. Our entire line is made by hand in Los Angeles, CA including, mixing, pouring and packaging. With quality control at each input.
Where do we ship?
Currently we ship to anywhere in North America and Europe. We are sourcing cost efficient shippers for other regions of the globe.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In stock orders received by 3:00pm PST Monday-Saturday are shipped same day. Once shipped, domestic orders take 2-3 business days with USPS Priority Mail or can be delivered overnight with USPS Priority Mail Express. For our international customers, orders can take 7-21 business days with USPS First Class Package International, 6-10 business days with USPS Priority Mail International, and 3-5 business days with USPS Priority Mail Express International.

Am I able to return products?
You may return or exchange most new, unused and unopened items within fourteen (14) days from purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or your purchase was damaged during shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation. All returns and exchanges shall be processed and shipped (if applicable), within three (3) weeks of receipt. Please email info@xandersamuel.com to initiate the return or exchange process.
Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt. Return shipping cost will be paid by us only if the return is a result of our error. Please use a trackable method for return shipping, and we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges received over fourteen (14) days from purchase, no exceptions. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
